Verified Safe, diverse and joyful We had a short time in India so wanted to make the most out of it. Our key Pilars were to have a safe and culture rich tour. Prior to the tour there was a lot of alignment between us and the company in order to establish our needs and draft an intinairy. We were welcomed in Delhi by mr rohit, who was our driver for the whole trip. He was and is an excellent driver. Navigating the crazy traffic of India as if it was nothing and make it seems effortless. Mr rohit also made sure that we never missed out on things and yet was super flexibel with our last minute changes. He also made sure he stayed with us in order to avoid potential uncomfortable situations. I’m from Australia and I traveled with my husband, daughter and two elderly parents. Mr Jugroop (Jaggi) Singh was our driver for all 7 days and his van was the Force Urbania which was spotless and luxurious. We did two days of sightseeing in New Delhi and then travelled to Jaipur, Agra and finished in Kanpur. I planned everything in detail via WhatsApp and email to Lalit and he was always responsive. We were provided with multiple bottles of water each day and when my parents were unwell the driver, under his own volition, pulled over and bought fresh coconuts for the water and bananas to help settle their stomachs. We had three different guides in the different cities. All were extremely knowledgeable and spoke great English. We had SK Sharma in Jaipur, Irfan in Fatehpur Sikri and Hussein in Agra. Having these private guides took the tour to a higher level. Jaggi was always accommodating with the places we wanted to visit and rearranged the order of things when we requested it. It was an unforgettable journey—visiting incredible forts and palaces, learning about rich history, and spotting some amazing wildlife along the way. Nothing was too much trouble for Jile - he makes you feel like family. The car was extremely comfortable and you could make as many or few stops as you like. We made trips to get chai teas and lunch along the way, and the food was always delicious. Jile's driving was great and we felt very safe. He was also impressively punctual—every single morning, he’d be ready and waiting before our scheduled time.One of the most memorable parts of the trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday. Jile went out of his way to make it special, and his thoughtful touches made the day.At every big stop (such as Jaipur city and Fatephur Sikri) we had dedicated guides. They were all extremely knowledgeable and we've learned a lot about the history of each place. For an affordable price we were able to see so much of the golden triangle, including world famous historic and cultural sites with knowledgeable local guides. It was extremely convenient and we felt very safe the whole time. Mr. Ajay was an experienced and skilled driver who always helped us find what we needed and was able to modify the tour based on our desires. Mr. Lalit arranged a great local guide and itinerary for every stop. Our tour guide in Agra, Zubair, was particularly knowledgeable and delightful.
